How to Connect Mindbody to GrowMetrics
Starting on the GrowMetrics Dashboard, navigate to the green account connections button, then locate and click the 'Connect Mindbody Account' button.
When you click the ‘Connect Mindbody Account’ button, a pop up will be prompted for you to enter your Mindbody SiteID and press Check Activation.
This will check to verify whether you have connected your Mindbody in the past, if you have previously connected Mindbody to our legacy app, GrowMOFO. That connection might still be active.
If you haven’t connected your Mindbody to GrowMetrics before, the Check Activation button will change from “Check Activation” to “Email Activation Code”
Go to your emails, and find the email from GrowMetrics with the subject line: “Mindbody Activation Code | GrowMetrics”
note: To Continue from here you MUST have owner-level access on your MB site. If you don’t, please forward the email and these instructions to the owner to activate the account.
In the email, press the 'Activate Site' button or simply log into your Mindbody account.
Once you’re on the Mindbody Dashboard, on the top right, click ‘Manager Tools’
In the Manager Tools menu, on the bottom right, click ‘API Integrations’
In the ‘Have an Activation Code’ section, enter the code that was emailed to you here and press activate.
Once you have gotten confirmation of the activation from the site owner, or you have activated the account yourself, go back to GrowMetrics and repeat steps 1 & 2. This time, there will be a green tick confirming the connection is activated and you can simply press connect.
You have successfully integrated Mindbody with GrowMetrics, your future leads will now be synced automatically into Mindbody.
