To link your Instagram account through GrowMetrics, you must first connect via Facebook. Follow the instructions provided here. If you've already connected your Facebook account but your Instagram account isn't connecting, it indicates that there are no Instagram accounts available for connection. Please refer to this article to troubleshoot any issues with your connection.
Instagram is not connecting when I try to connect Facebook to GrowMetrics
During the connection process, when you are granting permissions to your Meta business assets, and reach the Instagram accounts section, if you press Opt in to current Instagram accounts only and it says “You don't have any Instagram professional accounts linked to a page” it means you either need to create a Instagram account for your business, set your current Instagram account to a Professional account, or link the account to your Facebook Page.
During the connection process, as you grant permissions to your business assets, you'll reach the section for Instagram accounts. If you select "Opt in to current Instagram accounts only" and receive the message “You don't have any Instagram professional accounts linked to a page,” this means you either need to create a Instagram account for your business, set your current Instagram account to a Professional account, or link the account to your Facebook Page.

Changing Your Instagram Account to a Professional Account
On your Instagram app and go to your profile. Tap the 3 lines in the top right corner. Tap settings and privacy, then Account type and tools and Switch to Professional account.
Pick a category that best describes your business, then select Business.
You’re all set - you’ve got an Instagram business account. Now complete your profile.
Linking your Instagram Professional Account to your Facebook Page
Head to facebook.com/pages, and find the page which is the same business as your Instagram account, if you don’t have one, then create a new page.
Click on your business’ Facebook page, and then press switch now to switch into the page. If you don’t have this option, then ask the admin of the page to give you admin access or connect to GrowMetrics instead.
Once you have switched into your Facebook page, on the left hand side panel, press ‘Settings’, then find ‘Linked accounts’, then press Instagram and connect your Instagram business account to the page.
You will now have a business Instagram account that is linked to your Facebook page and you will be able to use your Instagram account with GrowMetrics.
Note: once you have connected, it may take up to 15 minutes for the connection to register.
"Instagram is not a business account" message when connecting
If you are getting the message 'Instagram is not a business account' then proceed to follow the steps from the 'Changing Your Instagram Account to a Professional Account' and then 'Linking your Instagram Professional Account to Your Facebook Page'.
If your account already is a business account, and has been connected to the page and you see a message saying you need to verify connection, sign in again with your Instagram account and that will fix the business account message.
